Last February 27, 2010, all the branches and departments gathered together in the bank-wide General Assembly held in Terra Moy, Tagaytay City.

The day started with a presentation prepared by the HR Department which showed all the past year's events and photos. After this, Ms. Marla Fisico of the Focolare Movement facilitated a short recollection for all the BK employees. The theme of the retreat was "the art of loving." In the afternoon, rewards were given to 65 outstanding staff and officers. These awards included Administrative Excellence, Extra Mile, Innovation, Trainers' Awards, Team Awards, and Leadership Awards.
