Elino Andres (Bangko Kabayan): A former overseas Filipino worker; worked as a jeepney driver when he returned to the country; sold fish when income from driving proved to be inadequate; ventured into the poultry business when he saw it was profitable; tried peddling eggs by strapping two coolers containing the egg trays and mounting them at the back of a motorcycle to deliver to his clients, Took part in a promo project of Nestle where he was lent a tricycle (with a sidecar) to peddle Nestle products . This project was dubbed Business on Wheels. Again, Mang Lino picked up quickly on the idea that he could sell not only Nestle products but eggs as well in this bigger and better transport. After the project duration, he returned the tricycle to Nestle, sold his old motorbike and bought himself his own tricycle to sell Nestle products, his eggs and additional grocery items. His rolling-store was taking better shape. Not content with improved delivery, this microentrepreneur decided to use technology in his business and introduced Text Mo, Deliver Ko to his clients. As expected, his client base grew, especially among the residents of far-away barangays of Nasugbu whose groceries could now be delivered to their doorstep. Used his first loan of PhP5,000 from Bangko Kabayan to build a concrete sari-sari store to complement his direct selling of groceries and eggs. Mang Lino is suffering from a rare cancer of the blood condition, the medication of which runs up to more than P100,000/month. Fortunately, his doctor registered him with a US-based foundation that supplies him tablets costing P1,200 each, which he needs to take three times a day in order to continue to live.
